Return Policy
• Online orders cancelled 24 hours prior to delivery will be eligible for a full refund if payment is made via K-Net or Cash, but if payment is made via Visa, MasterCard or Tabby, we will deduct 3% of the total invoice value.
• Online orders cancelled 3 hours prior to delivery may not be eligible for a full refund. This is due to our products being fresh and prepared to order. In this case, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
• Orders cancelled due to the recipient rejecting the order upon delivery may not be eligible for a full refund.
• Please note that refunds in cash or via bank card may take up to 7 business days.
